Activate Training as an integral part of our commitment to train leaders who make disciples of Jesus Christ, some of whom will plant churches. The primary process through which emerging church-planting leaders are formed is through four Saturday “Boot Camps,” throughout the year – one per term.

These involve practical courses in Leadership Principles and Skills, Church Planting Principles, Understanding Discipleship, Pastoral Care, Conflict Resolution, among other topics, and some fieldwork experience where appropriate.

Local church emerging leaders are also trained in every aspect of church leadership, character development, and ministry skills in conjunction with specific ministry opportunities through our 12 month Internship program. Put aside your small dreams and come help change the world!!
